2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and operate the Services (accounts, technical implementation, schema/menu conversion, Answer Pages, GBP optimization, GA4 AI tracking setup, reporting)2020.
Process payments and manage orders (via Stripe); send confirmations/invoices/receipts21.
Communicate about projects, updates, support, security alerts, and administrative messages22.
Analyze & improve performance; troubleshoot; QA; develop new features; maintain security and prevent abuse23.
Personalize & measure content performance (e.g., which Answer Pages and FAQs are performing)24.
Document results for your Verification File (before/after screenshots, validation outputs, URLs) in the 60-Day program25.
Perform daily AI visibility audits across four platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) during the 30-day complimentary monitoring period26.
Comply with law and enforce agreements27.
AI processing. We use AI/LLMs (our systems and trusted vendors, e.g., Claude API) to help generate content (schemas, 5 FAQs, 5 Answer Pages) and to analyze review patterns (review mining)28. We limit what is shared with model providers to what’s necessary for the requested operation29. We do not sell personal information30.
Platform Optimization. Information from OpenTable, Yelp, and Resy (if applicable) is used to perform the bonus profile optimization as part of the implementation phase31.
Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable). Contract performance; legitimate interests (service improvement, security, analytics); consent (where required, e.g., certain marketing/cookies); and legal obligations32.
3) Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember settings, keep you signed in, secure the Services, and analyze performance33. Where required, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies (e.g., advertising/retargeting)34. You can manage cookies in your browser and through our on-site Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share tools35. Disabling some cookies may impact functionality36.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” for that browser/session as required by applicable law37.
4) Messaging, Reviews & Communications
Consent. You must have appropriate consent before uploading contacts or sending marketing SMS/emails using our tools38. We honor STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE39.
Required SMS disclosure (marketing). “Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent not a condition of purchase”40.
A2P/toll-free. Registration/verification may be required; non-compliant traffic may be filtered/blocked by carriers41.
Reviews AI. If enabled, we process review content and reply text to provide responses in your brand voice42. You may switch to manual review at any time43.
5) Use of AI and Third-Party APIs (Important)
Third-party sources. The Services depend on APIs and public data from Google (Search/GBP/Analytics), Yelp, Apple/Bing Maps, Ubersuggest, and other providers44. These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, may change or experience outages, and may limit access or features45.
AI/LLMs. We use reputable providers (Anthropic Claude API and OpenAI API) for content generation and daily monitoring. We also use Perplexity API and APIs from providers like SerpAPI and DataForSEO to test for visibility in Google AI Overviews and Bing Copilot46. AI outputs can contain errors; your review/approval is required before publication47.
Your responsibility. You control and grant/revoke access to connected platforms (e.g., GA4, GSC, GBP)48. We are not responsible for third-party platform security or policies49.
6) When We Disclose Information
We disclose information to:
Service providers/subprocessors. Hosting, analytics, messaging, payments, listings, and AI model vendors who help deliver the Services50.

Legal & safety. To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights/safety53.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale54.
We do not sell personal information55. We may “share” limited identifiers/usage data for cross-context behavioral advertising only when advertising cookies are enabled—subject to your opt-out and GPC56.
7) Data Retention
We retain personal information as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business needs (e.g., security, fraud prevention, accounting) or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it57. Where deletion is not feasible (e.g., backups), we isolate and secure it until deletion58.

Program Duration. The full engagement is 60 days, consisting of a 30-day setup/implementation phase followed by a 30-day complimentary performance monitoring period87.

AI Monitoring Data. During the 30-day monitoring period, we collect performance data from daily tests using 25 custom queries against AI models, tracking the inclusion rate and citation details of your 5 Answer Pages90.
Public data & competitive gap analysis. We may compile publicly available information (e.g., GBP/Yelp ratings, NAP, categories) and visibility/keyword insights to illustrate opportunities and measure progress91.
Client approvals. You designate a single approver for content and site changes92. Content you approve for publication may be indexed by search engines and surfaced by AI assistants per normal web behavior93.
